Campus Cooking Challenge Raises Awareness of Food Insecurity

Six student competed in the second Campus Cooking Challenge, a cooking show style competition, to raise awareness for the Colonel's Cupboard, EKU's on campus emergency food pantry. Students were tasked to cook the best dish using only ingredients provided in the Colonel Cupboard Food Boxes in less than 45 minutes. The winners ended up a tie between Travis Walters's Souther Rice w/Chicken & Vegitables (the 1st Annual Campus Cooking Challenge Winner) and Emily Vinson's Green Bean Pasta Bake.  Runners up were James Sasko and Manny Hernandez.
