The Colonel's Cupboard provides recipes for EKU Students who are looking to prepare delicious, filling, and nutritional meals that can be made with ingrediants from the Colonel's Cupboard or for a student on a budget.

Explore Recipes from the 2016 and 2017 Cooking Challenges. Each of these recipes were developed by EKU students in a 45 minute competition using limited ingrediants, creating recipes that can be delicious or interesting.

2017 Campus Cooking Challenge:

1st Place: Southern Rice w/ Chicken and VegitablesGreen Bean Pasta Bake

Runner Up: Spaghetti Tacos & Cake Balls 

2nd Runner Up: Sweet Chicken Thai Noodles

2016 Colonels Cooking Challenge:

1st Place: Southern Style Gumbo

Runner Up: Thai Ginger Chicken Ramen

2nd Runner Up: Vegiterian Chilli
